What could cause your air conditioning system to not operate? There are at least a hundred types of problems that could occur. For example, expansion and contraction of your air conditioning system over the years could cause some or all of the refrigerant to leak out. In other cases, insects or rodents could have found refuge in the outdoor condensing unit and lodged in the wrong place and when you turned it on, a short could have occurred and ruined one or more of the starting components. If your unit does have a problem, you will want to find out about it BEFORE the first hot day so you can quickly schedule a repair call BEFORE all the service technicians get booked up for weeks on end. This is another good reason why our maintenance agreements make good sense. A system that is regularly maintained is far less likely to leave you "in the lurch" when you need it the most. |
